I don't give zero because Google doesn't allow it but that's what this doctor deserves (maybe Cepu degree or bought at the market). He didn't give me an urgent medicine for my son even though my Doctor sent me the prescription via email, because he wanted it on paper and not even electronic because it was closing and all the excuses to hurry up and turn everything off, maybe he had to go and see the match. Zero humanity! Maybe one day karma will reward its children.

A more than positive experience, remembering and thanking Mr Giuseppe with so much affection for giving me advice for my dogs too. And today his son, like his father, solved a problem for me and not the only one. Experience, friendliness and excellent staff.

Terrible experience, staff and especially owner arrogant and rude. I purchased a product that unfortunately did not fit, I went within 5 working days to exchange it with a regular receipt. Packaging and product intact, I was denied the exchange by arrogantly telling me that the pharmacy being a private business, he (the owner) decided the times for the exchange and he had decided within 24 hours, that no one at the time of purchase took me to knowledge. I specified that it was an emergency as my family member was hospitalized but he didn't want to listen to reason. Zero humanity....
