I bought a face cream at the pharmacy a couple of weeks ago and when I opened it back home it smelled awful and had weird texture. When I took the cream to a pharmacy here, in my country, the staff told me to check the code on the bottom of the cream and after doing it, it turned out the cream was produced in 2015!!! No wonder it was off and thank goodness I didn't get some reaction after applying it. I have contacted the pharmacy requesting a refund but have had no reply so far. I am considering contacting the European commission for consumer protection.

Fraud! At first he didn't want to give me a receipt. Later I found out that 58€ had been taken from my bank account and not "fifteen and eighty". When I wanted to refund the products five minutes later due to the extreme overpricing (three times more than market price), he refused and got upset.

I intend to report the behavior of a pharmacist present there on 30 September 2023 (lunch break time). My mother felt ill and asked for information first at the pharmacy to find out if it was possible to measure her blood pressure and if there was a way to contact paramedics at the airport. The pharmacist responded rudely, mistreating a 50-year-old woman with very high heart rate and blood pressure problems. I returned from holidays and got swabbed by them They made me leave by telling me that the result would be sent to me via SMS. No results received! After many phone calls, the doctor answered at 8pm and told me that they couldn't give me any news because they had closed the PC (like a delicatessen). I went home, calm, thinking that if there was any problem they would call me. I infected (most likely) my pregnant sister and my little girl.
