I went to this pharmacy this morning to buy a medicine. I kindly asked the clerk if I could get a discount on the drug. I was mocked and treated badly by this person who proceeded to make fun of me by immediately raising his voice so that all the other customers could hear him! Given that I am an Italian resident abroad, therefore not up to date with current legislation, I don't think I have offended this person by receiving such treatment! Really rude and unprofessional! Only in Messina can such behavior be tolerated. I will definitely never set foot in this pharmacy again!
