I have been going to this pharmacy for a long time, the pharmacists are very knowledgeable, helpful and kind, there is another pharmacy which is near where I live but I don't go because they get lost in useless chatter making people wait I prefer to walk a few meters further

First of all, the opening hours are misleading: the pharmacy is not "open" but provides an out-of-hours service, until (allegedly) 11.59pm. This means that the total cost of the products purchased is increased by 7.50 euros. To be fair, the fact is reported outside the door, but this does not qualify the pharmacy as open. In short, I buy a product that costs just under 5 euros and I pay more than 12 for it. Well, I knew it, I chose to do it. Of course, had I known about the increase I would have found one much closer to home where I could buy under the same conditions. Evidently all the pharmacies that work night shifts and don't "claim" to be open (but it's Google's fault), are managed by people who are not familiar with business. The star, however, is because, after paying, I accidentally noticed that the same product was on sale in the vending machine at the nominal price. I don't mean the "sweetened" version, but EXACTLY THE SAME product. Of course the person who served me "forgot" to point this out to me. Too bad, you fooled me once, shame on you! But there won't be a second one.

I don't understand, I go to the pharmacy to order an antibiotic knowing that it is not available (I had already ordered 3 boxes previously) on the 19th, the prescription shows the expiry date of the 20th of the current month, the doctor informs me that the drug will be available from 6.30pm but for work reasons I inform her that I will come the following morning to collect everything but she tells me that she doesn't know if the recipe is still valid on the 20th I find that this controversy could have been easily avoided given that the recipe shows the 20th as the last date and therefore perfectly regular for the sale it is fine to be a bigot because you have the monopoly on people's health but a little lightness accompanied by a half smile in saying things can avoid losing patience.

The pharmacists are very kind and knowledgeable. There is the possibility of signing up for a loyalty card with points collection. Different types of checks and consultations are periodically offered (e.g. hearing check, blood sugar check, pilosebaceous system check, etc.) both free and for a fee (discounted).

Trained staff. Always open on Saturdays. The drugs are all available or in particular cases available on the same day. There are no long queues to wait to be served
