I have been going to this pharmacy regularly for years. In Chivasso there are various pharmacies but the kindness and helpfulness of ALL the employees is unparalleled. I strongly recommend it

Very bad experience with this pharmacy. Sunday 20 November 2022 I am preparing to go in with my partner and my son for a swab. Having completed the paperwork at the checkout with a boy (very kind) we disappear into a corridor "pre-swabbing room..." Obviously, being "dangerous" subjects, we are crowded together (in defiance of safety) before being " swab." Before us there were two people (and I underline 2) and hence the wait of about half an hour... Our impatience has already begun but it's Sunday so... From here onwards the real problems begin: the doctor (blonde ) prepared from a medical point of view but certainly lacking in courtesy, friendliness and patience begins with the irrepressible intent to make us weigh on her working Sunday. Personally, I suffered verbal abuse and unkind manners when carrying out the swab, so much so that in the end, given the climate that had been created, I refused to complete the operation and was therefore reimbursed. Truly an experience to forget!! When you "exit" the scope of simple delivery of medicines to the counter and you have to interact with the customer, unfortunately you may encounter people/doctors as in my case. After careful consideration I reserve the right to protect myself legally.

Kind and professional staff but I find it difficult to contact them on the phone....hours and hours I try, and is it always busy, or is the published number no longer the same? I thank in advance anyone who can help me contact them. Thank you
