Super-stocked pharmacy and attentive and highly trained staff. Francesca always gives me great advice in the cosmetics department!!! Super recommended
If there were zero stars I would give them. I "tried" to buy medicine three times. 1st time: the drug no longer exists (oh well, found it elsewhere) 2nd time: I order it ("don't worry ma'am, it'll arrive tomorrow" "are you sure? It's urgent" "yes, yes", also with a disapproving look as if to say not to take them for idiots). The next day "eh, it didn't arrive, maybe tomorrow". Yes, obviously found somewhere else 3rd time: ma'am, this medicine is not available in any store in Italy (wow, what a cure...). Obviously found somewhere else.😑😑😑 Obviously I won't set foot there again, a really bad exercise; the only thing that stands out is the cosmetics department, the girls are fantastic and helpful.
As regards the staff, first of all women could and should improve relationships with customers, especially the most frequent ones like myself. Collecting some products, I paid for everything with "change" money and there were only 5 cents (FIVE...!!!) left to reach the amount, otherwise I could have paid without problems with the 50 euro banknote. At that point, the "older" blonde pharmacist thought it best to reply "Bring me the 5 cents next time...! You have to go back sooner or later anyway, right?!?!"...SHAMEFUL!! The young dark-haired pharmacist, on the other hand, one evening when I needed a box of vials (with a prescription in tow!) but unfortunately, in my haste, I had forgotten my wallet at home, she wouldn't give it to me, even though I would have paid for everything the next morning. and they had known me for years now...with snobbishness it would be better not to be in contact with customers...
Terrible service. I ordered an urgent medicine but the older blonde lady had the brilliant idea of selling it to another customer, so I stuck to the Cock. If you don't know how to work, take over from someone younger and more eager.
I found a drug that I couldn't find in any pharmacy. I have cancer and it's impossible to cure myself without it... thank you very much ❤️
