My mother and I (with health problems) went to this pharmacy this morning and the lady who served us was anything but kind. I hand her the phone to take the number of the prescriptions and she hands it back to me, slamming it on the shelf (1450 euros for the phone) then goes to get the medicines, puts them on the shelf and throws the envelope saying "here". I believe that there should be a minimum of kindness in contact with the public, not that one takes out one's frustrations on customers, whether they are young or older.
nr 1 in Italy Dr. cousins and a unique courtesy and professionalism, fantastic prices and excellent quality products
It is one of the best-stocked pharmacies, very quick to serve customers.
