The sales assistant (who "played" at being a pharmacist) who served me at the counter was rude and unprofessional!

It deserves more "stars" (even 5) but I have to complain about the impossibility of having telephone contact. You give the impression that during opening hours you keep the receiver off the hook on purpose: it can't be otherwise given that, with the automatic callback mechanism, I was always busy for HOURS. Don't you doubt that there may be people in difficulty, sick people bedridden, people in isolation or quarantine, or otherwise unable to come to the pharmacy??? If you don't make yourself (or don't want to make yourself) reachable by telephone, at least activate a different system to contact you (such as email or a telephone messaging system, or even activate a website with a portal dedicated to contacts). Am I asking too much?

Great, the only pharmacy in the province where everyone is friendly and always has the original medicines. Most of the pharmacies in the area always make you come back in the afternoon because they never have anything at home, only generic generic generic....... And in your opinion, I'm already sick, should I even go back? Cuppellini and staff on the other hand always have everything!!!! Great!!!!

Super helpful and kind staff, they help you and are interested in finding a medicine that in other pharmacies they say "isn't even in stock" ......what can I say... true hearted people, finding them like that
