I was forced to have an extremely disappointing experience yesterday at this pharmacy. The situation that arose was particularly difficult, with my partner having a high fever of 39 and a half degrees, requiring urgent medication prescribed by the doctor. Unfortunately, the disappointment did not begin with the illness, but with the response to my desperate appeal. After calling the on-call pharmacy, a female pharmacist responded in an annoying and arrogant tone, telling me to move immediately, as she had been working all day and had the right to sleep. An absurdity considering that the request was linked to a medical prescription and an urgent health need. The lack of humanity and empathy was evident, and I suggest changing jobs if you don't love your job, because such treatment is not only offensive but completely unacceptable. If staff can't handle being on call at night or working at night, they should reconsider their career choice rather than taking their frustration out on customers seeking help. I expect respectful and professional treatment when it comes to health matters, and unfortunately, this pharmacy completely missed this standard. The pharmacist's response was shameful and created an even more stressful experience at an already difficult time. I sincerely hope that the pharmacy management will take steps to improve the quality of the service offered and raise awareness among staff of the importance of an empathetic and professional approach towards customers. Personally, I hope to never have to rely on this pharmacy again, even though it is a last resort at night, and I wish anyone in a similar situation to be treated with more respect and compassion.

The pharmacist is arrogant both in person and on the phone, he makes mistakes, writes the booking dates wrong and wastes people's time and money in this way. You are not the only ones who work. And he even gets offended. I don't know about the others who even give 5 stars... To be avoided. You do.
