Farmacia Dante

Unfortunately- I had a awful experience with a young arrogant rude overbearing looked like he just graduated from university farmacista - who had the audacity to argue with me about why I did not want to buy a medication that did not agree with my stomach and which I had already had experience with !! I am 60 year’s old . I have a very aggressive type of osteoporosis and arthritis . I know exactly what medicine I need. To have this preposterous young person insist I BUY WHAT HE RECOMMENDED AND TELL ME LOUDLY THAT I SHOULD LISTEN TO HIM - BECAUSE HE HAD STUDIED MEDICINE IN SCHOOL WAS ABSOLUTELY INCREDULOUS !!! The arrogant aggressività of this young person was nauseating. I reminded him a few times that I was the customer. That he has the obligation to treat a obviously senior citizen with respect if he thinks that he knows better or not. The disagreement was I did not want the Brand he so strongly wanted to sell me . I wanted a Italian brand he wanted me to buy the American brand. I know very well the price difference. I live in Italy 35 years. I buy from the country that I live in. Why should I PAY MORE FOR THE IMPORTED BRAND??? What a pity they hired this arrogant young guy. I will take my business elsewhere- just because of his rude behaviour. 👎👎👎👎👎👎P.S. I spend every month 180 euro for my medication. They just lost a lucrative customer. Sincerely Priscilla Mary Wilkes.

Very kind and efficient, I have always had a good time with them, you don't have to wait too long for orders, they usually arrive the following day (even once I had ordered in the morning and in the afternoon the order had already arrived!). I absolutely recommend them also for their availability; )

I go to the Dante pharmacy very often and I like to find that this pharmacy is very organized especially with regards to the children's department also because I have a 5 month old granddaughter who I often have to weigh and the Dante pharmacy offers this service for free and it is an exceptional thing. the pharmacists are very knowledgeable on every type of topic and very kind and above all they are a super cast.
