In my humble opinion, friendliness and courtesy are not strong points of this business. The prices are quite high compared to many other pharmacies. I consider myself not satisfied with the various purchases made.
Tuesday 11/06/2024 at 10.00 pm the pharmacy is on duty but the telephone number left on a handwritten note in the back door is unreachable. You are a disgrace!
Congratulations... courtesy and professionalism not noted. I'm on holiday and I needed their help twice. a soothing ointment for sunburn made me pay 3 times its cost (verified on the web) and not even taking into account the discount shown on the package... all seasoned with rudeness and sloppiness. What you don't do for a few more pennies.
The vaccination shifts are not respected at all. The pharmacy allows you to book your appointment but of course there are friendships and priorities where you can wait for hours outside in the cold if you don't have a recommendation.
Excellent pharmacy. Even at night only for urgent medicines under medical prescription. Personally I have had excellent feedback for both courtesy and professionalism.
