Dr. Emanuela is the added value and precious resource of this pharmacy, on her advice I have always solved small annoyances or common problems with the right product. Professional, very kind and always smiling. The pharmacy is well stocked... but it was she who made it my reference pharmacy.

Incorrect. I go to them to collect a galenic formulation on WhatsApp and they give me a price 10 times lower than the one requested. I did not receive an apology or even a discount but only replies from what I presume to be the owner of the type "but how do you plan to pay €17 if we are only at 80 for products" as if anyone knew the prices of the products necessary for a galenic preparation or worse still, as if I were the one in the wrong (despite having simply pointed out the huge discrepancy despite purchasing the product). Incorrect and rude, I strongly advise against it.
I went to pick up a galenic lotion that I was assured would be ready only to discover that it hadn't even been started. To apologize, they tell me that they would have sent it to my home, but then one day they don't reply, another day they say that the courier didn't show up... and in the meantime I'm without therapy. Unfortunately it is the only pharmacy that uses the medicine I need, otherwise I would have said goodbye to them a long time ago.
Very knowledgeable and kind staff, I had a great time!
