I enter this pharmacy to make a couple of purchases. I am told the total: "it's €6". I communicate that I want to pay by card and the gentleman who served me decides deliberately and without warning me, to set the amount of €6 and 10 cents on the POS. I pay without saying anything, then, once I leave, I realize that, again without informing me, I was given a receipt for €5.50. I return promptly to point out to the gentleman that he is not as smart as he thinks, that I am not stupid and he didn't even have the good taste to apologise. We are simply talking about 10 cents more and a slightly lower receipt, but we certainly don't expect these squalid attempts to cheat people from a pharmacy in Piazza Vanvitelli. These behaviors do nothing but confirm stereotypes that many people try to fight every day and I am very sorry for that.

Furthermore, kind and competent doctors always give a little discount without asking! From today it will always be my pharmacy!
