After a doctor's appointment, my boyfriend needed two pharmaceuticals (modulase & tonimer hypertonic). We therefore asked for them at the pharmacy. The pharmacists were really friendly and willing to speak English. They ordered both items and referred to the next day 10 am. At the next day, unfortunately the pharmacist told me, I should come in an hour again, because the shipment hasn't arrived yet. Having done this, we picked both pharmaceuticals up. We'll done. In the evening we looked further into the doctor's letter again and knew, that we don't really need the two items and it was a misunderstanding. After we explained our misunderstanding to the pharmacist, and gave him our receipt and the both items, he fully refunded them without any complaints. Big thanks to you for the support!
