The employees don't know that part of sales called 'service'. I've been going for years, I buy many specialties for a fee and I felt like I was skimping on a slightly larger, light bag that could better contain what I purchased (generally they cost 0.02 cents) because 'bags are expensive!'. Spending from 65 euros in cash, as usual. I have never felt treated so badly in a store.
Good and competent
The De Carlo Pharmacy has been a point of reference for years. The doctors are always very friendly and the swab service is very efficient and well organised. I also had the third dose of the vaccine and the doctor was very nice. Highly recommended 😊
It is our favourite, they are serious professionals who can be trusted and above all, the medicines are always available and if they don't have them in the morning, they are there in the afternoon. They are a fantastic team! Thanks Doctors!
