Rude and anxious doctors, the rude and pedantic owner and an elderly lady (who still don't understand what her role is) who railed against the staff in a rude way, treating them like rags, stuff worth reporting.

But is it possible that every time I call to book a swab and a female voice answers, she always has to respond with an arrogant tone? I ask for information and he replies with a firm NO, as if he has to hurry up and close up. It will actually be the 3 time he answers me like this and it's always the same. Little professionalism, little desire to work, little ability to solve problems. There is a gentleman who always finds me the availability of the holes that are there. Very kind and helpful. The doctors at the tent were very polite and professional!!

I had to indicate a star because 0 cannot be entered... terrible pharmacy due to rude and intrusive staff. My school-age son had problems with oxyuriasis, we collected the drugs necessary for his problem a few months late due to Covid and an operation that my husband had undergone.... the gentleman in question allowed himself to exclaim in front of everyone: "But how did you leave the child with worms?" I was very bothered by the prejudicial appreciation of my parenting. I strongly advise against this pharmacy.

I would like to point out that being from the village, I often come to this pharmacy, which is now a point of reference for me. Having said that, because it is one of the most well-stocked, polite, courteous and helpful staff even if sometimes depending on the time they are not very affable and smiling, .... in the end it is not the quantity of smiles that is important but the professionalism and seriousness of those who serve you to whom you also rely for advice, clarifications or suggestions, and professionalism is not lacking.
