I never expected to review a pharmacy, but this one deserves it. The environment is clean, airy and elegant, but the real difference is the care given to the customer. Kind, available for advice and smiling. Compliments!

I can't complain about anything at all! This pharmacy has everything a customer could want in terms of: courtesy, efficiency and professionalism; as well as being impeccable in respecting the communicated delivery times. Available to order what is not present in the office, for delivery - almost always the same day - but so competent that they know how to recommend substitute products! I have also recommended friends and relatives to go to this pharmacy!

I read Mr. Fiat Rossi's review and I was astonished and completely disagreed. I have been going to this pharmacy for over 15 years, despite living 5 km from it and having one just 200 m away. from home. In all these years I have always been able to appreciate the courtesy, competence, kindness and availability of all the staff members and I note that my opinion is well shared by many others apart from this one gentleman who I would also invite to contact some professionals with the respect and courtesy they deserve. Professional and courteous, I have always had an excellent pharmacist-patient relationship with advice that was always targeted and never intrusive (they don't try to sell you something you don't need!). Availability always ensured with rapid resolution of supply problems. The owners and collaborators are always smiling and kind which never hurts.

I would say the Top! A problem when it closes for holidays. Very friendly and extremely helpful. Always ready to give advice, book particular medications, well stocked, in short, a pleasure to enter. And all the staff always with a ready smile! I think I'm not the only one who thinks this way in our little neighborhood of Chiuso. Congratulations indeed for your courtesy and professionalism!
