Super friendly and super helpful.

Today I went to buy some products with my wife and my 6-year-old son and the baby only to have touched one of the prices displayed and an employee with glasses (I don't know his name) came out from behind the registers with an unprecedented malice towards the child who told him in a gruff way you mustn't touch this almost as if he wanted to beat him!! I can tell you one thing, you poor half-man, thank God you were behind the tills otherwise I would have slapped you.. in all of this I hope you fail! I will never set foot in this pharmacy again!! too bad it can't be given 0 I hope you resign because you can only be in contact with snakes Slimy like you!!

This pharmacy is present in the city center of Capaccio. It is really large and very well equipped. It has a large variety of dermatological, celiac, protein and children's products. The internal staff was very helpful and helped me solve a dermatological problem. Furthermore, I requested the preparation of a galebic solution and it was delivered to me within two days. Efficient and prepared.

Yesterday I went to get some tablets at 8.15pm and it was closed. I don't know if it's a site error that says closing at 8.30pm or the pharmacy closed early. The fact is that it is a scandalous thing, because people manage your schedule based on it and then find themselves in a crisis to be able to go elsewhere. I just hope there's a time error on the site, because if you closed early it's very serious and should get you all fired.

I absolutely must communicate to those responsible that I found staff in this "pharmacy", especially a very young, incompetent, disappointing, arrogant, but above all rude and annoyed doctor in his answers. Consequently, I will take it upon myself to report it to the pharmacists' order such non-compliance towards customers carried out by a public service, as well as making it public, among friends, relatives and acquaintances.
