Disgusting people… I called to ask about the availability of a product. They told me on the phone that it was available, and I said I'll be there in 15 minutes to pick it up. When I arrived, it was not available and was “out for delivery”. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, the gentleman attacked me because somehow I was the one who misunderstood... and in the end he told me to go to another pharmacy. Truly shameful and disgusting as a "service" 🤮
I recently moved to the neighborhood, but I've already come to this pharmacy 4-5 times. Despite this, the gentleman who works there (maybe he is the owner) sold me Brufen of 12 400mg tablets for 10 euros. I had asked for generic Ibuprofen and he replied that it doesn't exist in 400mg, but only in 600. It seemed very strange to me because I didn't remember ever having paid such an amount for Ibuprofen. I considered myself a regular customer, but I will definitely never go back. 100% dishonest. Don't go there, it's full of other pharmacies in the area.
€5 for a single disposable surgical mask? This is good profiteering. And given the very difficult moment this country is going through, calling it immoral is paying it a compliment. They definitely lost a customer. Of course, the GdF has already been alerted.
Be careful that they apply a surcharge of up to €1/2 for each box of medicines. I strongly advise against going to the pharmacies in the area.
Very helpful and professional staff but above all continuous working hours during lunch breaks which are very convenient for those who work.
