Disarmingly incompetent, I wonder if the owner is aware of the incompetence of his employees. They made me call to book a blood pressure holter, I booked it (I add the fact that I am pregnant so I choose to go for a fee, telling the staff my urgency). I show up there on the indicated day and I am told "sorry they gave you the wrong day, we can't give it to you, you have to come back another day" I explain to him again about my pregnancy and that I didn't have the possibility of coming back another day because I had some visits. I was told ok and that they would fix it. More than an hour passed before I was made to wear the blood pressure holter, or it would be better to say before I put on the blood pressure holter myself as the pharmacist herself said "she had never done it" (I repeat that I am paying for a service that apparently is non-existent since not only did I have to wear it myself, but the recording device had been placed upside down in my purse and therefore for the first hour it did not take any measurements because the cable was bent and he couldn't inflate the armrest). I explained to the doctor that the following day at the same time I needed to remove it because I had a visit immediately afterwards and I urgently needed to leave immediately. Presented there they told me that I had to wait for the room and I told them that I had already told my colleague that I couldn't wait and that I had to leave as I had another visit, otherwise I would have removed it myself (I knew how to do it since I I put it on myself). I was called back a couple of hours later by the pharmacist who informed me that while they were downloading the data, the cable had broken and they had lost all the recordings and that if I wanted I could come and get the money or wait for the new cable to arrive and I could wear it again (to add insult to injury). I told him I would come by to get the money back. I try to find another solution, but unfortunately there wasn't one as fast as them, so I put aside my anger and go back to rebook the Holter, making sure that there could be a competent person. I was given the appointment again, only to be called back two days later and with a truly CLEAR excuse I was told that the armrest was not suitable for measurement and that "like last time" he would not have taken the measurements. To which I, perplexed, point out that last time, I was told that the cable had broken and therefore the measurements had been lost and not that he hadn't measured; also because how did he know that he hadn't measured if a cable had broken?? But then, having worn it, I know well when the Holter measures or not, and the one I wore last time measured perfectly. They begin to make excuses one after the other and here I conclude, that after perhaps 50 years that my entire family has been supplied by them, from today they have certainly lost a customer and that I certainly will have no reason to speak well of them! I only feel sorry for the owner, a very distinguished and always kind person. But for the rest, there are no words!

Well-stocked pharmacy also for veterinary products, competent, kind and very professional staff. The doctors are one better than the other. Excellent, if you have a problem they can advise you and guide you in the best way. If the requested product is missing, they usually have it delivered the same day, at the latest the following morning. Large, well looked after and easy to reach. They have ample parking and also open all day. Highly recommended.

Stocked pharmacy, convenient opening hours and helpful and competent staff. I purchased a supplement from them that they already had in the pharmacy, to receive it after ordering it elsewhere I had to wait a week.
