The De Mauro Pharmacy has been my pharmacy for more than 10 years. The two De Mauro brothers are very kind. Prepared, available to resolve requests. More than excellent.
Dear users, I would like to make a small introduction... When writing a review, you are clearly referring to your first-hand experience with the business in question. Having said this, however, a serious reviewer does not seek revenge and does not harbor a grudge: he simply writes from a personal perspective but, above all, keeping in mind that the ultimate aim is always to give a quality contribution to the users and, not to make a stupid spite to those who are reviewed. Objectively... So I move on to the review of this pharmacy... Some time ago, I was here intending to purchase a drug for a therapy that I have been following for a few months. Upon entering immediately, I noticed with immense annoyance how the doctor, owner of the business, was not wearing a mask, something that honestly drives me mad by now. I am therefore preparing to provide him with the medical prescription and, with immense discourtesy, he points out to me that the latter has expired... Inviting me, even if not carrying it out in words, to distance myself from his activity. Obviously I don't question the fact that he was unable to provide me with the drug, I only question the sufficiency with which I was treated. A really bad experience, taking into account that those like me who need treatment are already clearly in a state of need, therefore more fragile, and these ways especially for an activity that deals with the health of us users, frankly it is not tolerable at all. At least not for those who, like me, make good education their strong point. Luigi Paciello
A gentleman replied to me in a very rude way! I simply asked if it was possible to do an urgent swab! Even hanging up the phone in my face! The situation is already critical, then these COURTS complicate it even more! SHAME!
