Negative experience - ordered on 29 May, as of today 11 June 2024 I have not received any order confirmation data (not visible on their website) or shipping tracking. I called several times, they quickly told me they had shipped but did not provide me with the shipping details. Contacted on the company Whats App number they responded with aggressive tones, without adding tracking data. I'm afraid it's a scam.

I read a lot of negative reviews regarding vaccines or swabs. But I think that these difficulties encountered are not related to the pharmacy itself but to external situations. The pharmacy is well stocked, the staff is courteous. They deserve the stars.

For years I have frequented this pharmacy and have always found myself quite happy. This morning I had to deal with the most arrogant and rudest employee I have ever met. To a simple question of mine regarding a mix-up that had occurred in the past regarding a discount voucher, I was answered with a haughtiness that was annoying to say the least, as well as telling me indirectly that I was making things up. It's not fair to generalize because not all employees are the same but I will definitely never set foot in this pharmacy again. If I could I would give 0 because education and courtesy come first

Very welcoming and private environment. The girls are very attentive to details and give valuable aesthetic advice. Punctuality is definitely a strong point!
