Farmacia De Nitto Emanuela

We had an AMAZING experience here. We frequent Ostuni 2-3 times a year and I am so thrilled we stumbled in here to pick up toothpaste! We stopped in to pick up toothpaste we had forgotten at home and ended up visiting this pharmacy three times in ten days. I arrived to Italy with a lingering cough and was having allergy/asthma issues. Every time the pharmacist was able to assist with everything from cough medicines, advice on prescriptions, salve for insect stings, and more. We recommend her highly to our guests and will definitely return.

The pharmacist at this pharmacy was extremely helpful and spoke amazing English. I had sunburnt lips and she helped me with everything I needed. I even returned the following day to pick up something else and she remembered me. She also made some jokes, she was funny and friendly. Highly recommend this pharmacy if you need some chemist items during your trip!

This pharmacy is one of the best I have ever been to throughout the world - big call, I know!! Pharmacist, Dr Emanuela de Nitto, went totally out of her way to help me with an injury, including getting me a same day appointment with a specialist after treatment hadn't worked sufficiently well. She was totally professional, knowledgeable, caring and kind - I felt in amazingly capable and nurturing hands. All within the most pristine 'shop' within the beautiful city of Ostuni. Even if you don't need a pharmacist, go there - she also has beautiful skin care products, sun screens, etc. etc. - all immaculately presented! Thank you Emanuela!! 💕 PS. The hand cream she recommended is fabulous!!

Pharmacy De Nitto is the only pharmacy in Ostuni that I would ever use. Emanuala is so helpful, speaks excellent English (having spent a number of years working as a pharmacist in London) and has a comprehensive knowledge of all things medical. She is happy to recommend specialists and will go out of her way to be helpful. Whether you are English or Italian, the next time you need a pharmacy, try Pharmacy De Nitto - you won't be disappointed.

Fantascically helpful, English speaking, great advice, and patient, go there if you need general or over the counter medicines, and non pharmacy based treatments, highly recommended.
