Unfortunately I cannot rate "0". I went to the pharmacy in question to take an antigen swab. On my turn I was told to take my temperature and I promptly and honestly said I had a fever of 37.4, before the measurement was completed, however counting 38.3. The pharmacist began with a snooty and rude manner, saying that "you don't swab people who show symptoms", who should isolate themselves. I asked myself "how do you get confirmation of your positivity without having taken a swab?", in reality I also asked the aforementioned Doctor who obviously persevered in his behavior, ordering me to go home. I would like to point out that I did not find any positivity in the previous days, in which I had had contact, so those could not be residual symptoms of my previous positivity. I was kind and incredulous, to be honest, the whole time and I asked if they at least sold swabs to buy and do at home. "Here we only do the swabs." I don't know how much this behavior is in line with the current regulations in force, but this does not mean that there are ways to dialogue/discuss with a person/customer. This person really doesn't know good manners as even a lady waiting before me, asking if she could take the swab without having made a reservation and waiting in line, received the reply "I don't know, I can't stay here do the swabs for you, I close at 7.00 pm". I took the swab test at another pharmacy and tested negative. I have an inflammation of my throat and ear which has caused me to have a fever, as predicted by my doctor whom I consulted this morning. I'm not reckless and I don't think I behaved like one.

Kind, professional and courteous. This night, after touring several pharmacies between Ariano (pharmacies not available according to the indicated shift, a shame) and Grottaminarda, at 3.20 they responded immediately and made themselves promptly available. Thanks again.
