Terrible experience! I went to this pharmacy this evening at night time! I begged the doctor to give me a prescription drug that I would promptly bring to her on Monday and that I would show her the empty box because I had run out of them! The very dutiful doctor (let's say where it suits you) she refused it to me... telling me that I should have gotten it first... or to go to the emergency medical service... very rude and with little professional flexibility! Fortunately, not all pharmacies are like this

Bad experience, assorted pharmacy but the young pharmacy, unlike the older pharmacist, responds annoyed and with difficulty.

It's a nice, well-organized pharmacy with lots of products. Close to the Orbassano post office. I often go there too, because as a good pensioner and very communicative I go around all the pharmacies on site and using a lot of medicines I can find them in any pharmaceutical shop. I've been to this pharmacy twice for a swab and I've never had any problems. Tonight, seeing the desert in front of the pharmacy, I stop and call the intercom to ask for a swab and the "doctor" tells me she can't do it for me because they're full. !! At which I looked around and seeing the bales of hay rolling around me the "doctor" comes out saying that those with reservations were waiting for them. Surprised I decide to stop in front for 15 minutes to wait for this crowd too but as I had already foreseen it is not Not even a gnat passed by by mistake. I understand the orders from above and how much you have to sponsor this "vaccine", but at least don't be called doctors, puppets of the state would be more appropriate. Very last time I enter that pharmacy. BAD

I have not personally been to this pharmacy and I do not know the owners. However, I must give great praise to the doctor I spoke to on the phone on the evening of 9-11-2019 for the great availability and empathy shown. Having needed an orthopedic aid for a close relative, on a Saturday evening, I found myself calling almost all the open pharmacies in Turin and its surrounding area. Having called the number of the Farmacia degli Angeli, the doctor who answered, not being able to directly meet my request, did her utmost with uncommon commitment and exquisite courtesy to direct me to a competing pharmacy where I could find what I was looking for. The doctor has demonstrated a true sense of duty and service and should be publicly thanked for this.
