I came to take a quick swab, I took the number at the entrance waiting for my turn like everyone else but no one called while everyone else in line was called. Even all the others who arrived after me. After 20 minutes I asked if I was being called, I was told that I had to wait my turn. I asked again if they could let me know how much longer and I was told that as soon as the doctor who was serving at the counter becomes free. and laughed. It was very superficial and unprofessional. The pharmacy is certainly very nice but the quick swab service in my case was terrible. Maybe the people who have to take the swab should have priority, because maybe they are sick, don't make them wait. It seemed to me as if the doctor wanted to make me feel ridiculous for having asked to be served twice, laughing at clients and colleagues. Very unprofessional attitude.
