I buy an elbow brace the day before (€40 a steal when it costs at least half as much on the Internet) and it is put on me by the pharmacist who ruins it with her nails and breaks the box herself to open it. I come back the next day because trying to keep it for only 2 hours bothers me, so I put it back in its box and bring it back asking if I can have a voucher, I explain everything to the pharmacist on duty who rudely and haughtily first complains about the fact that I broke the box (so I tell her that it was her colleague) and then she tells me that it was used and she can't resell it that I should have just tried it. Now a couple of hours you have to explain to me how it could have been ruined. And in any case learn to be more courteous to customers, I certainly won't set foot there again!!! Absurd !!!

I have always felt comfortable in this pharmacy from all points of view: hospitality, availability and professionalism.

Here rudeness reigns supreme, you enter (happened over and over again) say good morning and no one answers you, I'm talking about those who work there and not the customers who I care about the right way. Today I entered, when I arrived in front of the counter I said good morning and the pharmacist DID NOT respond, she didn't even look up, obviously I said it in a louder voice and she responded by looking at me amazed, almost disgusted, as if I had asked who knows what , oh no dear Doctor, I just asked for a bit of good manners in return. If I write today it is because it has happened to me several other times, practically almost always. Furthermore, just to point it out, it is the most expensive pharmacy I know, I only shop here if really forced due to schedules, travel, etc., in case of real emergency combining the trip with the weekly shopping; for example today the product "Enterogermina Gonf x20 sachets" paid almost 26 euros, subsequently verified elsewhere it can be found for much less, online AMZ can be found IDENTICAL for less than half (documentable). Unless there are further emergencies, stay away.

Dearest, I have just purchased 2 well-known over-the-counter medicines, the first recommended price is 10.30 euros, the price of this pharmacy is 16.00 euros. The second 8.00 euros, price paid 11.00. Do some yourself!!!!

The professionalism, competence and kindness are unparalleled. I have been using this well-stocked pharmacy since its opening and the behavior of all the staff has always demonstrated what I wrote at the beginning with all the customers I have come across, not just with me. If there is a way to please the customer they will bend over backwards, so I don't agree with the negative reviews at all, it does NOT deserve them!
