the dog accidentally did his liquid business on the outside step of the shop and when I was about to go get it to clean as I live nearby, the owner of the pharmacy came out yelling at me with lots of insults, swear words, swearing and threats of denunciation . I think the fact speaks for itself, the dog certainly made a mistake and I was careless in pulling him away before the incident happened but making mistakes is human and education and calm are the basis of everything, especially for trivial facts that are easily solvable.
She recommended a cream instead of another that I had asked her for and that she didn't have. I go to use the cream and I realize that the product was not usable because a strange oil came out instead of the cream. I immediately go back to the pharmacy with the non-compliant product and the pharmacist refuses to replace it, saying that I had to buy another one. This is absurd and absolutely unprofessional. 100% not recommended
Arrogant and unhelpful staff. If you need an important medication and it is delayed they do not notify you in time
Even though this is the only pharmacy open all day, you opened it for me after 10 minutes of waiting in the cold with a small child in your arms. As if that wasn't enough, you had the courage to be offended because I needed the medicine for the child and in the end you refused to sell me the product for which I didn't need the prescription. Shame on you!
