They sent me an email with a 15% discount coupon for my birthday and they didn't accept it. I asked for a drug by presenting an expired prescription but which I would have redone the next day and they didn't want to know, making me pay the full price for the drug, the next day I came with the new prescription asking if it was possible to do something and they practically put me at the door. Treated superficially I will definitely not return again.

I turned to them a few times with the hope that they would change or that I was wrong but nothing has changed. The first time I call to order a shampoo, the pharmacist tells me to come by in the evening to collect it, I arrive and they tell me that the product is not available and it is not possible to order it. Okay. Thank you for advising me. At the pharmacy further down without even ordering it, collected directly from the pharmacy, immediately! Then I stopped by again for another shampoo, good evening, have you… mmmh no. I thanked and greeted her but the pharmacist was certainly "tired" from the day and didn't even say hello. I would say we are not there, there are many pharmacies.... Definitely much better!

Pharmacy that performs swabs, courteous and kind, the times for performing the swab can vary depending on the turnout of people, there is only one station to perform them but being a pharmacy and already able to use an area for this service, I personally found myself good of the service both for convenience and in these times for the need for an immediate swab.

I don't understand people who complain about the fact that there is only one person doing swabs?!? The pharmacy was not created to do swabs but for other services. When I went there were also two people taking tests and out of 200 I found at least 5 positive. The tests are so fast that the checkout line is slower. What's the point of more people if it takes longer to go and pay?!? The staff is very kind and well prepared regarding serious health issues. However, it would be interesting to increase other services such as tests for food intolerances and various allergies.
