It's the second time I've gone to this pharmacy and I must say that I was really impressed. The first time I accompanied some people for Covid swabs. Everything OK. The second time for a medicine that I had to collect in the early afternoon. On this occasion I asked for advice on the onset of dermatitis and the doctor immediately explained the problem to me in great detail. Friendly staff attentive to customer needs. I recommend it.
Yesterday my husband went to this pharmacy with a blank prescription for a drug.... Expires on the 11th of this month.... Since blank prescriptions last for a month. The pharmacist decided to withdraw the prescription... Because according to him it should have been done that way. If I had gone instead of my husband... I would have left the drug, I would have taken the prescription back and I would have gone somewhere else.
Negative Covid swab experience at best. All the people who took the swab at around 10.30am received their results from 11.30am onwards, and the entire time they were standing outside the pharmacy in the cold with the ticket in hand. Considering that those who take the swab test are normally unwell or have a fever, perhaps it would be better to warn them that the wait could last more than an hour, so that people could take refuge in the bar.
The pharmacist in a tourist area claims not to understand a word of English. I try to explain in Italian that my son has a fever and a sore throat. I tell you the internationally known medication Ibuprofen. She pretends she never heard of it. You haven't heard of paracetamol either. Is it really possible that someone with a pharmacy degree can't understand this. Later, at the next pharmacy, they immediately understood me. And treated very kindly. You must first, greet the customer better and friendly. Then maybe help. After my husband came in too.(He didn't try to argue with her anymore) In the end I was given medication. But she had to emphasize several times that Italian is spoken here.
Never again in this pharmacy! It's clear that they don't really care about the well-being of their customers, but only about profit! I went for an anti-Covid swab and like me other people waited outside the pharmacy to the bitter end. Following our requests for information, we were treated rudely and arrogantly, and were asked to leave. Learning a little respect and humility, as well as organizational skills, can only help.
