Good pharmacy located in Borsano, under a newly built portico. Lots of windows and a well-appointed interior. The competent staff seemed helpful to customers. You can certainly find a bit of everything here. Parking maybe a little complicated, given the location.... But I can walk there without any problems.

The initial impression, as soon as the business opened, was pleasantly positive. Later things changed, especially when they sold me a disposable mask, sold on the internet for 0.50 cents, but unfortunately sold out, for 7.00 euros... stuff worth reporting. Furthermore, the attitude towards customers has changed, especially from a doctor who doesn't say hello when you enter or leave and serves you as if you were bothering her. Negative rating...unfortunately...

This is a recently opened pharmacy (a few months ago). It is located along a fairly central street in Borsano and is clearly visible. The public car park is located approximately 50 m from the pharmacy windows. Very bright and large, it presents the over-the-counter medicines well organized and tidy. I had some problems with the service, in particular with a pharmacist. I present the Doctor with the white prescription prescribed by my GP for a tablet that I usually take. The pharmacist begins to read carefully (I imagine so as not to make mistakes) and goes to look for the medicine in the drawers. I can justify the long time it took to find the box, with the fact that perhaps it was recently hired. Back at the counter, the pharmacist presents me with the box and begins, a little perplexed, to read the prescription again. I realize that the box is not like the one of the products I have already purchased in the past and, in my total ignorance, I point this out to him. This pharmacist who, given her age, I could have defined as an expert, turns to her much younger colleague, asking for confirmation on my drug. Indeed, the box he had presented to me before was not the correct drug and when he finds the "right" box, he asks me for confirmation too. (What if it had been a drug not for me and I didn't know the graphics on the box?). I ask if it is possible to receive the receipt with the tax code so that I can deduct the expense, even if I didn't have my health card at hand, knowing full well that elsewhere they take the data from the medical prescription. She asks me if I have already been registered with that pharmacy, and, when I answer that I was going there for the first time, she tells me that the registration procedure is a bit long and dismisses me by saying: "Anyway, for 8, 50 euros!!", without there being any customer waiting after me. Negative experience.

I went to this pharmacy on Saturday afternoon. Brand new pharmacy, with great attention to detail and the doctors are all kind, smiling and available in giving the right advice. Pharmacy also very convenient as it has a large car park next to it. I will return for sure.
