Qualified and available staff. Large variety of products. The only flaw: too many customers, always!! Well done!
A mix-up can happen but it was promptly resolved. The owner proved to be attentive and present, which is no small thing. Compliments
What can I say, I paid €2 more for the over-the-counter product I needed compared to another pharmacy located not even 3 km away, staff wandering around the shop not caring about customers, there were two of them in two different stations serving to three others, they went around the shelves, integrating the products, bringing ONE package at a time from the warehouse, only when we found ourselves with EIGHT CUSTOMERS WAITING, obviously WITHOUT the queue-eliminating number dispenser working, they finally "deigned" to approaching the other stations to serve, one star because without any I wouldn't have been able to give a rating, BUT FOR ME IT WAS AN EXPERIENCE FROM SCRATCH!
Prolonged opening, kindness and great availability, great courtesy in providing by telephone all the information for sending prescriptions online and finding the medicines ready in the store.
