The services are horrible. Probably, the employee to whom I spoke is racist as she was extremely rude to me. After I'd bought some pills, I asked her politely for a glass of water.She told me that she buys water for herself and to go to the bar next door if I needed a glass of water.I was socked. I asked her to talk with the manager. She refused to answer to me. Instead of apologizing, she was speaking loudly and rudely to me. Another employee told me that the owner(a doctor) can't be bothered as he lives in Bologna. It's absolutely outrages what happened. Water must be in any pharmacy for clients. The employees must address respectfully to their clients.

And this afternoon I went into the pharmacy to buy a sun face cream I found a guy at the counter with long hair who was rude, arrogant, I arrived at the checkout and he told me the cream costs 31.91 I took out a piece of 50 she was a little distracted because I was talking a little on the phone. If he takes advantage of my distraction and gives me the rest of eight euros I take it and put it in my bag, I immediately realize that I was missing 10.10 and I go back to ask for the money. Instead of apologizing with the cheek he had, he complained that he was tired and had to close the pharmacy, but instead the pharmacy closed until 10pm. Little availability and little professionalism. Never again
