I do not understand why everyone there is so rude to their customers... It's like they hate their job.

Rude staff and no desire to work. I went there knowing that this pharmacy did pierced ears, and also having the earrings exposed outside, and as soon as I entered I asked if they did them to confirm and I was told "no, we'll do them tomorrow". A person shows up at 5.45pm and the pharmacy refuses to offer a service due to lack of desire to work, because I wonder how it is possible that ears can be pierced every other day and not the next. The lady I asked was obviously annoyed... Coincidentally, I show up to get my ear pierced and I find myself on the very day when the staff was absent for personal reasons... but think about it... I arrive there with a specific intent and I hear them say no, let's do it tomorrow, at least the concern to say, look, the girl who carries out this service is missing, come back tomorrow, at least not seeming annoyed... have a good day

I can speak for the swabs. I went there because I do physiotherapy nearby and it's convenient for me. I swabbed there twice. If I have to rate the first time - I give 5 stars, it was painless and quick. However, the second time they really hurt me, I got a bit of blood coming out of my nose....It depends on the doctor I think. I have to go there on Thursday and if they hurt me again - I definitely won't go there anymore. It's been 2 hours and my nose still hurts and I have a headache. You absolutely cannot work in these conditions! I really hope it doesn't happen again, because it's very convenient for me to go there....

Rudeness I accompanied a friend of mine to get swabbed. It was done very badly with little care. Full price €22 and they didn't issue her a green pass, blaming the ministry of health website. Then when in the morning of the same day in another pharmacy on Tiburtina I took a swab without suffering, I received a report and a green pass at a discounted cost.

I tried to call to book a swab who knows how many times, they let it ring and then they hang up on you. Without words, they at least had the thoughtfulness to call back. Zero desire to work.
