I often go to this pharmacy and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. I would like to make a note on the negative comments regarding the cosmetics department clerk, I have known the lady for many years, she is a sociable, kind person, never rude and ready to help everyone with purchases, she treats everyone the same and it is difficult for me to believe that insulted an elderly person. If you really had this problem, Mr. Teresa Petit, why didn't you call the manager and explain the case to her? Things need to be said straight away!!!! That sales assistant has been there for 10 years and if the owner keeps her it means that she trusts her and is good at her job. I wish everyone a good day

Four years ago I discovered a skin problem and I went to all the pharmacies imaginable to look for the right cream for me when I found myself in Ostia and saw this pharmacy. I went in and there was this lady at the entrance and she told me she was from cosmetics, I explained the situation to her and she with such kindness and confidentiality gave me the right cream for me and then also the pharmacists were very knowledgeable and very polite to anyone who came in in there. They make you feel right at home. Since that day I have always come to this pharmacy and as always she is very kind and also very sweet in her ways and always helps me with great confidentiality.
