Even today 26/05/2024 it says open and open all day... we went there and instead it was closed! And they do it very often!

Friendly pharmacy staff except for the unpleasant lady at the Cup counter. Went this morning to resolve the problem with the speed. She refused to check the password she entered last time, saying that she had done well, that she had done her job and that it was mandatory to do it with a PC. After leaving there I called assistance and it was verified that THE very grumpy LADY (who had refused to check) had written the password wrong. Thanks for your time. 👎

Unpleasant staff with little desire to work. Blonde lady at the CUP (who appears sulky and grumpy from the first moment) does not read, or does not want to read correctly, the prescription for a visit which, being short, must take place within the following 10 days. Therefore the first appointment is in September. I point it out to her and she insists that this is the first free. I tell her I'm not convinced and I'm about to leave. So he ticks the short prescription and "miraculously" there is a place in Lugo in three days (24/08). I ask for availability for the district of Ravenna and Faenza but cut it short. He doesn't even check. There is simply no other availability. This is the first free one, I get the answer. I'll book. But not convinced, as soon as I left I called the CUP toll-free number, where a very kind and knowledgeable girl confirmed availability also in Ravenna for the day before (23/08). Don't say that young people don't want to work. Young people LEARN from the EXAMPLES in front of them. And this is a clear example of an elderly pharmacist, who not only has demonstrated that she does not want to work, demonstrating that she does not know or does not want to do her job well, but also lacks respect for the customers who turn to this pharmacy. It's a pity for older people who don't always know how to cope in these situations and tend to blindly trust doctors and, in general, healthcare personnel. It is sad to see such bad examples, humanly and professionally inadequate.

It is located close to many other activities. Central area but with parking also for disabled people. New and well organized premises. Entrance with both steps and a platform for disabled people. Limited access for both pharmacy counter and cup services. Mandatory mask and disinfectant provided in various points. Very helpful and competent staff. Open all day from 8am to 7.30pm. Possibility to also use healthcare products and accessories
