The pharmacist insisted that I purchase a product (different from the one I requested) against my will even though I had repeated several times that I did not want to purchase it. After having underlined his competence and his confidence in his knowledge several times, when I arrived home (after having spent €20 on unwanted product) I discovered that the product he had sold me had a totally different and incorrect function from the one I had initially required.

Convenient pharmacy thanks to its large car park in front. Doctor Daniela is always very kind and helpful with the client.

Doctor Giannoni provides an excellent service to citizens, it was very useful to contact her to solve the problem (not serious) without having to go to the doctor

The doctor is a very good professional with great expertise. On the human side, however, I believe it is impossible to do better.... In this period of pandemic the doctor is doing EVERYTHING to satisfy customers with the constant requests for swabs. And everything she does, she does alone! I took various quick swabs at this pharmacy by booking the place via WhatsApp. Whether you have a reservation or not, nothing changes, no priorities. Even for today I had scheduled the appointment for 11.30, at around 11.50 I took the express and waited outside until 1.20 to get the result. It's unthinkable, every time I've been there I've wasted at least two hours of time. I understand the effort to keep it open for April 25th, but it's not normal to make people wait 2 hours for a swab. If I had arrived at 1pm, I would have done everything in half an hour without even booking. I don't think I'll go back, sorry.
