Today 13th December at around 12:30 I went at this pharmacy to buy some meds, there was a pharmacist at the counter, a young man who was very antagonistic. I thought it was just a gossip about these pharmacists in this drugstore being very hostile, but apparently, it's not just an ordinary gossip. I wonder why choose this profession when you don't have the passion? Shame on these people.

I haven't set foot in this pharmacy for at least 2 years, now I'm happy to come back, the owners have changed.

One of the things I appreciate most is going to the pharmacy and finding the owner who always manages to find time for me, despite being overworked. And the second thing that goes hand in hand with the first is the way in which he always manages to give me the best advice, a lot of it will certainly be due to experience, but a lot of it is certainly due to his preparation, his professionalism and his dedication to that he has, almost a "vocation" for his work. When I entered the pharmacy I asked the owner, or presumed owner, to wear a mask, since he wasn't wearing one. After putting it on, he was aggressive towards me, and went into a rage when I told him he'd better stop or I'd call the police. At that point he first ordered me to call the police, then to settle the matter outside the pharmacy, also because no one was there at that moment (it was around eight o'clock on a Sunday evening). After a heated discussion I preferred to leave without calling the police, but it is clear that he is a mentally unstable person. What happened was a very serious episode, and it could have ended even worse if I hadn't had the good sense to let it go. I'll leave it to anyone reading this review to draw their own conclusions.

Profiteers, I bought some COVID tests which later turned out to be the most expensive in Fabriano, around 4/5 Euros more than the other pharmacies, they didn't even offer me to take the test there in the pharmacy to be able to get the green pass as well as they do in other serious pharmacies. Two days after I bought the tests, my wife went into the same pharmacy to get some medicine needed for my 8-year-old daughter who suffers from utitis. He showed the box of the product we usually use asking to have the same medicine, the sales assistant took out a medicine with a different box and turning to the owner asked if it was the same thing, the owner confirmed "yes it's the same". When we returned home we read the inscriptions inside the box and discovered that it was another product. 2 days later we returned to the pharmacy asking to replace the medicine they had given us, also presenting the receipt, to our surprise we were denied the exchange. It's not about the money but about the completion, these gentlemen sell medicine not peanuts, maybe they should pay much more attention.
