I took a COVID test at the pharmacy and needed the Green Pass sent to my email address. To obtain the latter I turned to a black girl (I don't know her name, but she is the only one in this pharmacy). She hadn't sent it to me, trying in every way to get me out of the pharmacy, and when she realized that I had no intention of doing so... she moved away from the station. I usually don't leave negative reviews, but the arrogant and unprofessional behavior of some employees does not contribute to the image of the structure in general. I would advise the owners to make a more careful selection of staff

I paid 22 euros for my rapid swab despite the recent regulation of 21 September 2021 on price control. The reason for this amount was the absence of a health card while it is not foreseen by the decree that in this case the price is increased. I proposed to present my European health card, they even asked me if I had a residence card while it doesn't exist for European citizens. I've been living in Rome for 2 years and it's never happened to me... a shame.

It's a pleasure to serve you here. They are all always courteous, kind and reliable. I take swabs every two days and have always had excellent service, they are equipped with everything and constantly offer an accurate and professional service. I take the subway to use them. Recommended to everyone.

This review is the result of numerous visits, in which more than one pharmacist proved to be, in my opinion, BUSINESS SHARKS and UNRELIABLE because: If you ask for a specific product they pester you to spend on other, unsolicited, items! A pharmacist had arranged with my mother to make a reservation and refer it to her for an important hospital visit. That pharmacist went on holiday without informing us of the date booked at the hospital and did not inform us of his absence. We only found out 3 days after the booked date and that the pharmacist was on holiday. Luckily they didn't charge us the expense (penalty) for missing the appointment! Which we didn't know about. My mother could use the "free" service, but she had to book a private visit (for a fee). On another occasion there was a sales representative for a product sold by the same pharmacy who attempted to deceive my mother by claiming that she had oily skin, offering her a number of products after a long promotional presentation ("pich"). My mother refused, saying she would think about it, and the sales representative became visibly upset. After verification by experts in the field it was discovered that it was not true that my mother has oily skin! The sales representative was not a pharmacist, but if I start selling pharmacy products within the pharmacy there is a relationship of responsibility (image, reputation) between the pharmacy and the sales representative! Among other things, products from the pharmacy itself. Wearing a common surgical mask today I explained that I had to take a swab and they wanted to push me to buy an FFP2 mask, claiming that I was obliged to do so by law. In other pharmacies they accepted my access with normal surgical masks that I was wearing. I had one at home, so I said I'd go home and get it. I explained that I didn't have my health card with me to the same pharmacist and that I am resident abroad, but I had my passport and that they have my tax code in the system. He wanted to make me pay €7 more, on top of the €15, therefore €22 for not having my health card with me! I didn't accept those conditions! I went to another pharmacy where they also had my tax code in their system, I explained that I didn't have my health card with me, but I had my passport... and with the common surgical mask they swabbed me for €15. I mention only three examples out of numerous, because for years my mother visited the pharmacy due to walking problems to other pharmacies. The experience with the father of the current pharmacy owner was certainly different: he was very kind and not so greedy and superficial.
