They are good, informed and available
On the phone they dismissed me by saying that the pharmacy was full with a queue and they couldn't check if a medicine was gluten-free as I have celiac disease, a few minutes later (I live nearby and I went directly in a few minutes) not only was it empty and there wasn't any queue but they gave me a drug that should only be used for a few days in a row and occasionally as many as 60 sachets expiring in a couple of months. (I noticed this once I got home) It will be impossible for me to use it and this is incorrect behaviour.
The pharmacy carries out antigenic swabs but does not issue any reports, which more than 24 hours later do not even appear on the region's portal. This makes the swab useless if necessary to finish isolation or travel abroad.
Very trained and compact staff in managing this emergency situation. The results of the swabs were promptly traced.
Filippo is a true professional, the Doctor with a capital D; welcoming, gives the best possible advice, discreetly informs himself about the health of the whole family, in short, when they say: "the Hippocratic oath" you can find it in him and his staff.
