I put 1 because there is no zero. When I urgently asked to use the toilets, complete with a plea in my voice, I was told that they didn't have any. For having turned to a pharmacy, it means that I had an important need. And not having found any bar, out of desperation I turned hopefully to them. Shame.

A shameful experience: I bought an ointment but after an hour I realized that I already had a pack of that particular medicine and therefore I decided to bring it back to get a refund. The doctor was not inclined to refund my money but after putting pressure on her, because I had been told on the phone that I was allowed a refund, she found herself forced to do so. As soon as she leaves me the money she turns around and mutters with me present thinking she won't be listened to while talking to one of her colleagues: "first they buy the things and then they want them back" and at that point I reply that there is a right of withdrawal. This happens when unprofessional people come to work.

Always competent and polite doctors in this pharmacy. I will be happy to use them again
