However, if what the ladies report really happened, they could have reported it immediately, and we would have proceeded to serve them immediately given that, according to our many customers, we stand out for our kindness. I'm really sad. I wanted to order 3 capsules of a medication (needed this afternoon and we are passing through) and suddenly the gentleman hangs up twice. And says he doesn't understand me even though he already said he could order it. So I'm happy. He said earlier that he was busy so I was just put aside because he didn't feel like it anymore. The pharmacies are not looking good in Gela.
