The gentleman in question started treating us very badly by shouting at us because he thought we wanted a cheaper product than what he was offering but in reality we wanted a "light" and soothing product NOT based on cortisone but he didn't leave us not even time to explain ourselves, flaunting his references and almost throwing us out. He raged against us and then came out saying that he wanted to see a photo of the problem, since the problem is located in a private area, this does NOT seem appropriate to me and these are NOT requests to be made to a CUSTOMER regardless of the area. Even though HE knew very well that it was the BREAST since we had specified it. We just wanted an over-the-counter product! Among other things, the dear gentleman, between shouts and other things, also forgot to give us the receipt and we only realized it once we got home. We bought the product anyway because as it is Easter Sunday there is only this pharmacy open but we will never set foot in it again.
