They were unable to find 1ml syringes, an essential product for carrying out injection therapies. They can be easily ordered in all warehouses, but they refused to do so, telling me to go to Bolzano to find them. I believe that the pharmacy must be a service for citizens and cannot be based only on profit logic.
We came here on holiday for an injury to the hand of the youngest child. The doctor recommended a good product and even did the dressing herself. Very kind indeed. Thank you.
