I purchased some creams online on Farmasia, they arrived in 2 days and inside there were numerous samples and an excellent hand cream as a gift! I will definitely buy it when it's finished because I have dry hands and this cream, from the Farmasia brand, softens them without making them greasy! There were also six free samples and a handwritten thank you note, these small gestures are very nice!!!
