It's the closest pharmacy so for convenience I find myself getting supplies from them. Rude staff as well as, in some cases, higher prices. They never answer the phone even when the shop is empty. I purchased a supplement from them, which I used for a week until I realized it had expired 3 months ago. When I returned to the pharmacy I was changed, without asking for it, without a word of apology but with an expression of disapproval, I hope aimed at themselves and their ability to manage the warehouse.

recipe with medicine of 60 sprays and they give me another one with 120 sprays at a cost of €27 I ask him for the prescription that I had given him a minute before and that it said that the medicine was for 60 sprays (as the doctor who gave me the prescription had told me) and he can't find the prescription because he tore it up and he couldn't find it. he has a fantasy of taking it back from the basket. then it's not over first he tells me that he doesn't have medicine and that they don't even have it in the warehouses then a colleague comes and instead finds it but only one box not two I didn't feel good, I prefer to go to other pharmacies

It's a pharmacy that I've known for a few years, having had it in my home I often used them, spending a lot of money. I confirm the other negative reviews and I totally agree with those who have highlighted the fact that they are totally rude people who even deny greetings, they treat customers with disdain especially those they don't know while they spend the hours chatting, laughing and joking with those they know forming shocking queues without giving a damn about who is waiting...once I asked for a product that absolutely shouldn't have contained an excipient and instead they gave it to me with exactly that inside without even looking me in the face and apologizing for what happened since I had to come back specifically to change it. Today I asked for eutirox which I regularly buy everywhere and I have to take and they didn't want to give it to me because I don't have a medical prescription, after this umpteenth experience I made a point I will never set foot in there again and I absolutely do not advise you to use it from them, rudeness, superficiality and indifference to the nth degree.

I am very satisfied with the service offered by this pharmacy. The doctors and staff are extremely kind and professional. Always available to offer useful advice. A welcoming place where you feel well cared for.

It's the pharmacy right under my house, so it's obviously convenient for me to go there when I need it. However, the pharmacists are among the most unpleasant and rude I have ever met: you are treated with insufficiency and smallness, but at the same time when someone they know arrives, they are greeted with smiles and kindness. In my opinion you shouldn't treat customers differently just based on knowledge. Except for the male pharmacist, who has always been kind and friendly, but I have only seen him a few times.
