This morning I entered this pharmacy for the first time (and naturally the last) I purchased some containers which I paid exactly double compared to another pharmacy also in Lanciano and only a few days ago, I consider it a great unfairness and I will certainly never use them again, I absolutely do not recommend them, I forgot they are identical to those purchased elsewhere.

Unfortunately I have to give one star because I told them the price was too low and they canceled my order. This is not correct behavior. They should have respected what was concluded.

On May 16th my wife went to the Del Verde pharmacy in Lanciano to take a covid19 swab which she had been required to attend a conference. Here the ordeal begins, the swab gives a positive result. Since he didn't have any symptoms, we thought it appropriate to do another verification swab at another pharmacy. This time the swab gave a negative result. We went back to the Del Verde pharmacy to contest their report but the doctor categorically refused, telling us that the result of the first swab had already been sent to the ASL and that it could not be canceled or rectified. We didn't lose heart, we took a third swab at another analysis laboratory and this too gave a negative result. At this point we call the ASL of Lanciano/Vasto directly to get clarification on how to proceed to rectify an incorrect entry. We went again to the Del Verde pharmacy, we put the ASL operator and the pharmacy doctor in direct telephone communication to whom all the necessary instructions were provided. Then, they performed a new test swab that was still negative and finally proceeded to make the correction in the ASL portal. I leave it to you to draw conclusions on this unfortunate affair, 4 hours of tribulation between analysis laboratories and pharmacies to solve a problem that with a little good will could have been corrected in 10 minutes. Who repays us for all this? Not to mention that if we hadn't resolved it we would have lost more than €500 in hotels and train tickets because we wouldn't have been able to leave.
