Staff who hate their jobs. There's a boy who shouldn't be allowed to talk to people because he's not very inclined towards everything. According to google maps it is always open because they don't update their page (and you find yourself standing there with the shutter closed). They try to sell you what they can, be careful they are more salesmen than expert pharmacists. I give 2 stars because it is close to home and in any case I always end up there, with all the necessary precautions

A pharmacy with really rude and unhelpful staff. Already on my first experience since moving here, they were very rude. I had shown a prescription on the screen that my doctor had sent me and they had rejected it because it was not printed. I wanted to give him a second chance... I made a mistake again. The third time, however, my parents were there and they were always very rude to them too, something that doesn't happen in a pharmacy further down the road which I advise you to go to instead. I won't go into specifics about what happened after the first visit, but they were certainly much more helpful in the other pharmacies. Shame on you! Very bad.

I put one star because 0 stars doesn't exist! booked a covid swab 5 days ago explaining my symptoms, well today 16th July I went to the pharmacy but was told that if I had symptoms they couldn't do it, to look for an outdoor facility. ridiculous.. I won't add anything else!!

Unfortunately, there was a lot of rudeness and lack of humanity in the service at the counter, except for a doctor who answered the phone and explained with helpfulness and kindness.
