Asked an English-speaking staff member for moisturizing cream without parfum, which cost €25. The staff member was very polite and assured me that the cream line was all without parfum. When I was back to the hotel, the cream had parfum - which is a huge problem for me, being an eczema sufferer. I tried calling the pharmacy but when asking for an English-speaking staff, they hung up on me—three times. Stay away at all cost.
Came here multiple times during my studies for non-prescription items. Staff were always friendly and could speak English.
