Terrible pharmacy! Does not serve during the night even though it is their shift. I urgently needed medicine for my 7 month old son at 2am and no response! And do you know how the doctor responded the following morning? That he only answers urgent and prescription calls! But if he doesn't answer the phone, how can you tell if it was urgent or not? And then where did I get the medical prescription at 2 am? Being a health institution it should be there ready to receive everyone with or without emergency, instead of going home to sleep!!!!
This pharmacy needs to be closed! I turn to Dr. Della Gala Agostino, if you don't want to do the night service, don't JOIN! It's not the first time I've stopped at night for an emergency and found it closed! To me this is a disservice! If it happens to me again I will file a complaint directly!
